Standard Albelli Residence installment plan:

• € 6,000 /incl. VAT reservation fee to be paid when entering into the reservation agreement

• down payment of 20% of the price of the unit, incl. VAT, less the reservation fee when entering into the Preliminary Contract

• payment of the balance of 80 %, incl. VAT when entering into the Purchase Agreement

If you sign a reservation agreement and use our mortgage partner to verify your credit status, the reservation feel will be refunded by us, should your mortgage not be approved.  There is no risk with our mortgage lending.

You can take care of everything under one roof – compare offers, sign a mortgage application and access funds. Both the mortgage consultation and processing of the loan are completely free.

Some banks set specific conditions for security agreements or agreements entered with a developer. Our mortgage partner guarantees its mortgage documentation will comply with conditions any chosen banks will set with no incur additional costs or worries associated with any potential adjustment in contracts.

Our mortgage partner manages the whole process, from approving credit to accessing funds. We will keep monitor all your contractual obligations and deadlines so you never need to manage the entire process or face penalties for failure to comply with agreed terms.

When we ensure compliance with contracts, access to credit is entirely smooth with no delays. Handover can take place immediately afterwards, considerably simplifying and accelerating the whole process.
